Beautiful holiday home in an amazing location

Treth house is a lovely Cedar Clad home superbly located within 5 minutes walk to the beach, Trevaunance Cove and in walking distance to the village. Treth House is finished and equip to the highest standard and have an amazing decking area with sea views. There is an en-suite bedroom with kingsize bed and the second bedroom can provide two single beds or a kingsize bed. The open plan living area has a standard double sofa bed. Treth House is also dog friendly and has an EV charger. The space Treth house has an EV charger easily accessible from the designated parking place next to the decking. The decking space has sufficient outdoor furniture to enjoy outdoor living with great sea and hill views, and although tucked away in a quiet corner of St Agnes the town is only a short walk away. The bedrooms all have wardrobes and space for storage and the bathrooms are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness and are spacious. Other things to note A charge of £30 per dog/cat will be charged before arrival. Maximum is 2 dogs (or cats). Although not far to walk, please note the road is quite steep from the beach to Treth House. The sofa bed is in the lounge area and is only a standard double but is comfortable.
