The accommodation is a large two-room apartment of 40 square meters on the second floor of an old and cozy house renovated and furnished with original furniture, overlooking the hills surrounding the center of Verona. Served by public transport and shops, 15 minutes from the historic center of Verona. It can accommodate up to four people, having a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Sheets and blankets, kettle and cups, hairdryer and towels, and wifi are provided. Private bathroom with shower. The space The accommodation is in an old and cozy house renovated and furnished with original furniture, very bright and quiet, it has three windows overlooking the hills. It does not have an elevator. The atmosphere is familiar and peaceful. Guest access The house is at guests' complete disposal: on the ground floor there is the dining room and the kitchen to be shared with the other guests of the house, well equipped and equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, mosquito nets on the windows. During your stay We will be happy to welcome guests upon their arrival; if this is not possible, we will give you all the necessary information to check in yourself (we will indicate the numerical combination to enter). We kindly ask you to contact us the day before your arrival, including via email, WhatsApp, or the Airbnb app, in order to better organize your reception. At the time of check-in, you will be asked to show your identity documents or passport to comply with the guest registration procedures as required by the Municipality of Verona (in the case of self check-in, you will be asked to send your documents or data through the Airbnb portal). The accommodation tax, to be paid on site, is €2.50 per person per night up to a maximum of 5 nights (excluding children under 14 years of age) Other things to note The room is on the second floor without an elevator. Guests have access to a practical and comfortable MTB bicycle to reach the historic center along the bike path along the Adige River
