All rooms are air-conditioned . Free high speed WI-Fi are available in every room of the house. The living area features also a big screen smart ultra HDTV with sensorround audio. We are providing a daily cleaning and towel service,the private swimming pool maintenance 3 times per week, garden maintenence 3 times per week. The water temperature is mostly around 29/30 degrees Celsius.The pool is also have a kid zone that all the kids will love it ! You find coffee, tea, butter, jam, toast and safe and clean fillered drinking water free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, big 2 door-refridgerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, mixer, deep cooler, hot-cold water supply and much more. The villa is located in an exclusive, private residential area. There are only private villas around. One of the very comfortable things on your villa is the suburban location. it is very peaceful ,relax and quiet after long day of traveling around, let you think you are in a secrete oasis at the end of the world, but with the new short cut motorway, make the travel to Pattaya city very convenient and a trip to Suvanaphumi airport is very convenient as well, from the villa straight to the motor way no7 to the airport without any hectic traffic in Pattaya city, it take only 50 minutes to an hour to reach. there is a nearby 24 hr convenience supermarket 5 mins driving away, we stock some grocery for you in a kitchen that cost is a little more than a regular supermarket fee. or if you need any specific grocery please let us know we can help you arrange that with small fee. Guest access In the rental price we include 6 liters water , free coffee, tea, toast jam, butter ,filtered drinking water. Electricity per day in cludes are 50 units. Overuse of electricity we charge with 7,-- THB per unit. In the fridge you find a variation of juices,fresh coconut juice, nonalcoholic drinks and beer,some soft drink and wine. We charge that on a very affordable price (just a bit more as in supermarket) - you find a price list next to the refridgerator. Free WIFI is available in the complete property. We also provide you with shower gel, shampoo, tooth-brushes and much much more... In the time of your stay, the complete property "is yours" except a master bed room that I normally stay sometime.
