House on the Mont Saint Clair with amazing view

Our house with a big garden is a family friendly house with plenty of charms, between sky ans sea on the top of Saint Clair's hill with an amazing view on the sea and "l'étang de Thau". Perfect place for exotic holidays with family or friends. The beach is about 15 minutes by car and a good half hour on foot. We do not accept groups of young people under 20 years old. The space The house is large and bright, on two levels , with all facilities. Perfect place to relax, to practice sports (beach, boats, paddle, wind surfing... ) or to discover the city of Séte (its canals, its corvered marketplace, its cafes, its museums, its festivals). There is an amazing view of the sea and the Thau lagoon.
