Security Deposit must receive by INSTANT ONLINE TRANSFER to bank.Account will be notified by the host or Security Deposit can perform through AIRBNB WEBSITE too. If the guest does not want to pay the Security Deposit. Do not proceed with the reservation.The cancellation policy of the reservation as stated in listing. 🔹In the event,if the guest confirmed positive covid-19 during the stay at the unit,all costs relating to the sanitization and disinfection/enchanced cleaning by professional company will be fully borne by the guest.The cost is RM350. 🔹No PARTY/EVENT in this unit.If there is any party/event found without host consent.Extra cleaning fee required to clean the party/event mess.Any food/drink/vomit stain on fabric furniture found,we will make claim via Airbnb. 🔹If you are NEW to Airbnb, we would like to explain about the ONE time cleaning FEE we charge to cover our cost of cleaning our space (such as laundry cost and manpower cost to clean up the house).
