Peace, nature, and serenity will be at the heart of your stay. There is a quiet little street to cross to get from one house to another. The space - 8x4m SWIMMING POOL, commissioned in spring 2024. in-ground pool, secured (closed shelters). use from May to September included. La Grange: 6 bedrooms, 12 people. Kerjean: 1 bedroom and one living room, 4 people. Sheets are for rent at extra cost. Cleaning is included. HOUSE "LA BARN" House restored in 2015 - Ground floor: large tommette living room with fireplace, 3 sofas, armchairs, large family table, equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, induction hob, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, raclette machine, iron, vacuum cleaner) with kitchen table, back kitchen (washing machines and dryer) and bedroom double bed 160 with en-suite bathroom (shower). WC. - fireplace, fires allowed, but wood not provided. - high chair, umbrella bed, sunbed, changing table - Floor: 1 bedroom double bed 160, 1 bedroom double bed in 140, 2 bedrooms with 1 trundle bed 90 each, 1 bedroom with 2 beds in 90. Landing reading (many children's books), toilet, bathroom (shower and bathtub, double vanity). - Terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, umbrellas, sunbeds - Greenway nearby. HOUSE "KERJEAN" - The house has been recently renovated (2019) all appliances are in good condition (induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 9kg washing machine, dryer, towel dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner). - wood stove, wood not provided. 1 bedroom with a 140 bed and a 140 sofa bed. - Shower and toilet. - Check in between 2pm and 8pm, check-out from 4pm. These times are for information, we do not live on the premises, it is Patricia who welcomes you and closes the house upon your departure. She also takes care of the cleaning and linens. Depending on Patricia's availability, The large house is classified 3 ears. Guest access All Other things to note Patricia welcomes you to your arrival and closes the house on your departure.
