Casa Gaia, one-bedroom apartment between city and nature.

Our place is in a villa surrounded by a large permaculture garden, just a short drive from the old town of Aosta. It has 2 blind rooms, but also a beautiful private area with a beautiful view of the city of Aosta and the Alps. It is the ideal place to listen to silence, the singing of birds, observe the mountains, but also the most comfortable place from which to start for excursions, cultural visits and ski days. My mom and I will make you feel welcome. The space The accommodation is a one-bedroom apartment of 48 square meters, on the ground floor of a villa surrounded by greenery, with a private square of 30 square meters from which you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view. The house is located 3 minutes by car from the historic center of Aosta, and is convenient to the ovovia to the ski resort of Pila and all the tourist destinations of the region: castles, monuments, museums, spas, walks, sports destinations, Skyway.... Then there are those who stay with us to experience exclusively the house and its privileged location that allows a truly relaxing vacation, in contact with nature and its sounds, its harmonies, its nuances, in all seasons. We have all the equipment for the baby available upon request. In the house you will find, in addition to all the linens: washing machine, electric and microwave oven, American coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, water kettle. Upon arrival you will also find some detergents and a first grocery store in the kitchen of salt, oil, coffee, herbal teas. In summer in front of your entrance there is a nice table with 4 chairs and a lounge chair to relax. In winter, you have a really convenient ski door. Luggage drop-off service available. Guest access Inside the property you will have access to your apartment which has a completely independent entrance, you will have a reserved parking space. The entire property is video surveillance. Other things to note We highly recommend having the car, unfortunately public transit in our area is lacking.
