Excellent public transport connections, 5 minutes walk from the Málaga-María Zambrano Train Station for long-distance AVE, Avlo and Iryo trains, which also has a direct connection to Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport through the C-1 Cercanías line, the bus station, the metro, intercity bus stops and a taxi stop. 1 minute walk from the well-known El Carmen Market, where you can buy fresh local products at affordable prices and taste typical local products such as fried or grilled fish, seafood and wines. It has supermarkets, bakeries, fruit shops, ice cream parlours, cafes, bars, restaurants, tobacconists, banks, gyms, pharmacies and a church around it. 5 minutes walk from the Larios Centro Shopping Centre, Vialia Shopping Centre and the El Corte Inglés department store.
