The stylish kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher & microwave and has a door that leads out to the private courtyard. The back bedroom has an ensuite shower room and doors leading out to the private courtyard. The front bedroom can be set up as a king or twin beds. It has a large sash window (with child locks) and a dresser that can easily become a desk space if 'working from holiday'. There is a large family bathroom and a separate utility space with a washing machine and tumble dryer. We have small children so we know the drill! if travelling with children we can provide a full size cot, highchair, books, toys and kids cutlery & dinnerware. A private parking space is located in front of the property. A beautiful shared garden is at the front of the terrace. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is a lower ground floor within a listed terrace house therefore you will hear some noise from above and we have primary school aged children who get up around 7:30am. We have put in lots of sound insulation to help as much as possible but if you are particularly sensitive to noise (especially in the mornings!) then you may want to bring earplugs. However we aren't up late making noise due to the previously mentioned small people! I’m afraid we do not accept pets.
