We are on the 5th floor and the elevator goes to the fourth floor, 1 floor of stairs on foot. The area is very touristy and lively, but the apartment overlooks the internal courtyard and is very quiet. The apartment has been totally renovated in April 2023. We are on the fifth floor and the elevator goes to the fourth floor. There is therefore a flight of stairs to climb. The area is very touristy and lively, but the apartment overlooks the internal courtyard and is extremely quiet. The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a dining table with a small terrace overlooking the internal courtyard. A double bedroom with a king-size bed, bright and quiet with a large built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. You will find a kitchen complete with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, there is also a kettle and Nespresso machine. Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and heating with boiler on the terrace. Guest access CHECK IN DETAILS: Check-in time is from 14:00 to 20:00. Check-out is not later than 10:00a.m. Different times should be agreed in advance (depending on other arrivals and departures).
