Laguna Green Guest House has a vast green garden hidden from the street and spacious and comfortable apartments/rooms which provide a sense of warmth, coziness and a home-like feeling. Location itself gives you a variety of possibilities, the street is quiet and uncrowded. City center and other administrative and public facilities are just a few minutes of walk away. The space Laguna Green Guest House has 6 separate accommodation units (3 Apartments, 1 Studio and 2 Rooms). All units have their own private bathroom. Apartments/studio have their own private kitchen. First floor: Unit 1: Twin Studio Unit 2: Triple Apartment Unit 3: Quadruple Apartment Second floor: Unit 4: Twin Room Unit 5: Triple Apartment Unit 6: Quadruple Room (Bedroom 6 and 7 both in this unit) The backyard has an open bar with cold drinks and coffee and a small sitting pool available for all guests. Guest access Guests have their own private room/apartment in a hotel-like manner with a sense of home-like feeling. Backyard is available for all guests to enjoy and relax. Free parking available (RESERVATION IS NEEDED). We can also provide a payment for parking in the street. Motorcycles and bikes can be parked inside the property. Other things to note Prices and rates are formed based on the maximum number of people per room. For example: Price for 3 persons is a price for one Triple Apartment. In some occasions we can provide an extra room for guests that ask. !!! PLEASE NOTE !!! The price does not include daily tourist tax which is 130 RSD (1.1 EUR) per person per night. Tourist taxes must be payed at the reception upon arrival.
