Apartment MaLaMaBu at the kitespot Saal Baltic Sea

Hi , We are Max and Laura and rent the upper floor of our house as a vacation home. We are passionate water sports enthusiasts and love nature and the proximity to the water. Our apartment can be reached via an external staircase. If you look out the window, you can see the Saaler Bodden and kite spot in the distance. Our lovingly and modernly furnished apartment is about 40 m² and designed as a non-smoking apartment for 2 - 4 people. Note on tourist tax 2022: See more info The space The apartment has a spacious living/dining area with sofa bed, a small kitchen area, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a separate bedroom with double bed. A fireplace in the living/dining area ensures a cozy ambience. A large roof terrace overlooking nature/towards Bodden is directly accessible from the apartment. The Saaler Bodden and the kite spot can be reached in 5-10 minutes by foot. The well-known Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula can also be seen in the distance and can be reached quickly by car. Other things to note We would like to point out that Saal is a state-recognized resort and the municipality has been charging a spa tax for each guest/visitor since January 2022. This is €2.00 per person (15 years and above) per night. It is payable to us upon arrival, and in return we will issue you the spa card. These costs are therefore to be paid in addition to the accommodation and service fees.
