For room check-in please give time for the staff to attend to you. You have access to the whole apartment including the balcony. Access is also available to the shared spaces: The swimming pool, gym (included in the room fee), steam and sauna (at a nominal fee), changing rooms, the roof terrace, and all open spaces of the complex. Other things to note Let the water run for 5-8 minutes. Collect the water to be used later to clean your room. If there’s no bucket to collect water, you can choose to ask for one. The steam and sauna use, is available at a fee of USD 15. Due to power fluctuations in the area the WiFi can be unstable. Do let us know when this happens.
