The apartment is located in the "upper" city of the all-season resort Krasnaya Polyana. To register and issue a voucher for accommodation, immediately after confirming the booking, you must provide the data of all guests staying: full name, date of birth, series and number of the Russian Federation passport (for children - birth certificate data). At check-in, you must have the original documents whose data are provided. Registration with a foreign passport is not possible! On the territory of the resort city of Sochi, a resort fee is charged - 10 rubles per day per person, according to Federal Law N214, which is paid on the day of check-in at the Accommodation Service. Failure to pay the resort fee is subject to administrative liability. A deposit of 5,000 rubles is charged at check-in and refunded at check-out. The deposit made by bank card is canceled on the day of departure, the receipt of funds on your card may take several days and depends on your bank. The deposit paid in cash is refunded on the day of departure, to get it back you must provide a payment receipt and wait for the room to be checked for 30 minutes. Persons under the age of 18, as well as persons under guardianship, are not allowed to stay in the apartments and throughout the resort without the supervision of parents or other accompanying persons. The apartment is cleaned and garbage is removed after every third night of stay. If necessary, additional cleaning can be ordered for a fee. No smoking in the apartment or on the balconies!
