Brookhouse Stay is a family house with hot tub

A beautiful fully fitted live-in kitchen with all the cooking appliances & utensils you should need, a large island for social gatherings, dining table & comfortable sofas. Find us on Socials for more pics! We have 7 large bedrooms, all en-suite with a king size bed & 3 of these have a sofa bed. The 8th bedroom has bunkbeds. You will find 4 bedrooms on the first floor & 3 on the ground floor. Outside has wooden benches, a wood fired hot tub & approx. 1 acre of ground. Ample off road parking. The space The house can sleep up to 19 adults (with 3 adults on 3 small fold out sofa beds) or 16 adults and 6 children (2 children on 1 sofa bed). Please note we do not provide bedding or towels for people using the sofa beds, ONLY the main beds and bunk bed. We do not feel the sofa beds are adequate enough to accommodate 2 adults per bed, hence why we say 1 adult or 2 children. Please note, if you require the sofa beds, you will need to bring you own bedding and towels for these guests. Dogs are welcome at the house for an additional fee of £50 per stay, per dog. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or upstairs. If dog hairs are found in these areas, there will be an additional cleaning charge deducted from your security deposit. A £1000 damage deposit is required as stated in the details on Airbnb. Please note; at the front of the property there is traffic noise. It is a working farm but it isn't the main farm. There could be tractors coming and going to access the fields, but the house is to the left and the yard to the right as you arrive (so slightly separated). PLEASE LOOK AFTER OUR HOUSE we expect the house to be left clean and tidy. Please wipe worktops down and if necessary hoover though for any dirt that may have been left on the floor, prior to checking out. If the house is not respected there will be an excessive cleaning charge applied. Guest access A car is required to move around. The is plenty of parking at the house.
