With garden and terrace on stilts on the hillside, along the Seine. The space The Hill House (2): Property in 2 independent parts: Main GITE. + Independent Japanese TEA HOUSE located higher up the hill. The garden is therefore also on several levels, on a terrace on the hillside. . The cottage is on one level, on the ground floor, with a garden and terrace on stilts. It has: Its separate and independent entrance. +1 family bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm, 2 single beds 90 cm). +1 Asian-style bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm) incorporating 1 integrated open-plan bathroom. +1 outdoor shower with hot water, in a nice open patio very pleasant (when the weather permits). +1 equipped kitchenette (for simple everyday meals). +1 large dining room (large table with extension cords). +1 TV lounge: in a row with the dining room, then the large family bedroom at the back. +1 separate WC with sink. +1 wooden deck on stilts with hammock. Access from the dining room. Very nice view of the Seine. . Independent TEA HOUSE. It is located higher up on the hill. Please note: access via an additional staircase in the garden. Not easy for people with reduced mobility. This tea house has: +1 entrance. +1 large bedroom (bed 180cm). +1 small living room bedroom (bed 140 cm). +1 shower room with toilet. +1 terrace (magnificent views of the Seine and its surroundings). Guest access WARNING: The house is on a hillside. Hence its name: The Hill House. So there are stairs in the garden. Not suitable for people with limited mobility! In addition: the house is located on a very quiet dirt road, but it is a dead end and narrow. Very little through traffic. But you can't leave your car parked in front of the house for long. BOOKING 1 NIGHT ONLY or weekend only on request: Usually a booking must include a minimum of several nights during the week. However, exceptional bookings for 1 night only (or weekend) are possible.
