The space You'll have the entire lower level of the home to yourself — completely private with no shared spaces. Enjoy two separate bedrooms, a bright and airy living area, a full bathroom with a relaxing tub, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals. For added convenience, there’s an in-unit washer and dryer, a private entrance, and ample parking in front and back Guest access Guests can park right in front of the property on the side of the street or a private driveway around the back. During your stay We, the owners, live in the upper unit and can be as available or no contact with guests as preferred. We are available 24/7 to answer any questions and provide assistance as needed. A lock box is set up so there is no need to meet in person. Other things to note House Rules: Smoking and marijuana use are not permitted inside the unit. Please keep noise levels down. Please sort waste properly using the provided recycling, compost, and trash bins. Checkout is before 12:00 PM to allow time for cleaning and preparation for the next guest.
