At Special Ice a U turn takes you to the opposite lane driving back to Accra. From there you pass Goil Petrol Filling Station. One hundred meters from the Goil Station there is a branch road to the right (Ubuntu Estates Road un-named). About 150 meters on this dirt road is where the property is located.
