Self-contained studio with breathtaking views

Quiet & tranquil perched high on our elevated deck, you will be mesmerised by the glorious views from Southport to Burleigh. The sunrises are breathtaking & the night lights of the Coast are magical. Especially when enjoying a glass of wine! The space The absolutely stunning views from our 2 acre property will take your breath away. But when you are not taking in the surroundings, you may be resting on the comfy Queen Size bed with lovely pillow top, luxurious sateen sheets & fluffy pillows. Watch TV on the big screen from the couch or bed or have a bite to eat in the well equipped kitchen with fridge, hot plates & microwave. Coffee???? Absolutely! Nespresso to the rescue complete with milk frother. Sit outside and enjoy the tropical birds that come and say hello, or you may see the bush turkeys that live under the house or the wallabies that graze on our 2-acre property. Your bathroom is a great size with a nice shower, good natural light and the fluffiest of towels. Feel free to use the pool on our shared deck, maybe after a day of shopping at Robina which is a 6-minute drive away. Need a supermarket? Mudgeeraba Village is only 5 minutes away. Broadbeach & Burleigh Beaches are approx 18 minutes drive and Springbrook National Park is only 30 minutes away. There are some great local restaurants in Mudgeeraba and Robina if you don't feel like traveling too far away. And heaps of golf courses for the enthusiasts! We offer a laundry service for you as often as you require. Our studio is only set up for 2 adults at a time and while we love kids and dogs - we ask that you understand that our property cannot accommodate them. We would so love to have you come and stay!!!! Guest access Our studio is completely separate to our main house so you will have absolute privacy, however we do share a deck and you will see us around the place as we go about our day. We also have a very loving fur-baby called TEDDY who is a non-allergenic GROODLE. He is our official co-host who will provide you with wonderful greetings and company while you are with us. He is not a 'jumpy' or 'barky' dog and does listen to commands so we are sure he will enhance your stay. Other things to note When you park in our top driveway, you will walk down our stone steps which are super stable yet a little steep, so probably better to slip the stilettos off just while you get used to it :-) If your knees are a little challenged with steps, you can also opt to walk down the sloping driveway which may be an easier option.
