Fab group cottage for hen & stags with hot tubs!

A wonderful converted farm barn in North Yorkshire, with outdoor hot tub to use at your leisure for your stay, stunning views over Yorkshire, and a warming wood burning stove to keep you super toasty! Sleeping 2 - 12 people, this is hired out as an entire unit. Set on a green route, this is the perfect location to enjoy the countryside, get some fresh air, and head out on challenging walks before enjoying your hot tub! The space Downstairs is a gorgeous open plan space, complete with fully equipped kitchen area, large dining table, and comfy sofas for lounging space. With a wood burning stove for those wintery days, this is the perfect communal space to enjoy, with easy access to the outside hot tub area. Bedroom 1 : (upstairs) : 1 x king size bed, 2 x single bunk beds. Sleeps 6. Ensuite shower & toilet room Bedroom 2 : (upstairs) : 3 x single bunk beds. Sleeps 6. Ensuite shower & toilet room We are set on a working farm, where we have beef cattle, a small flock of sheep, so there's lambing in the Spring time, and some pigs and chickens! We produce our own beef and pork, so if you'd like to buy some while here, just ask! It's a beautifully remote place, with nothing but countryside all around! There are 2 units set on the same site, plus our own home, so we are there if you need us. Your space is your own with no-one to disturb you! To Note : as we are set on a green route, there can be walkers who go past the accommodation. Guest access The unit is hired out in it's entirety. You have a patio space with the hot tub plus bench seating to enjoy at your leisure. Other things to note - The accommodation unit is set on a working farm, so we have cattle and a small flock of breeding sheep, which means in the Spring time, we'll be lambing! - There is a BBQ ready for you to use which will be put in your hot tub patio area. If you need to buy charcoal (10kg bag!), kindling and firelighters from us, it's just £10 cash on the day. - Please ensure you specify the correct number of guests who will be coming when you book on AirBnB. Beds will only be made up for this number, and if there are more guests than paid for, additional numbers will be asked to leave. We will not be able to make up new beds on the spot. - You will be asked to secure a £500 refundable Good Housekeeping bond on arrival to cover any damage costs. You will be emailed a list of what these costs are. - Minimum age for booking is 25.
