The space There’s plenty of places to lounge in this three-bedroom luxury apartment; located in the private development of Green Hill Village, it has eight rooms and a total area of 230m2 or 2,250 ft2, modern, spacious, fully furnished & equipped with Maid's room. The apartment has 5 beds that can accommodate 7 people. a) 1 Living Room - Fully equipped with 50 inch TV, surround sound system, PS4 + games, satellite & wifi, Netflix, movies, with direct access to the large balcony. b) 1 Dining Room – Beautifully serene and quiet dining room with French dining chairs, China cabinet, Italian chandelier, and stunning art work engraved in the table with a matching wall mirror. The room's design dissolves the distinction between furniture and fashion. c) 1 Kitchen - Just bring your own ingredients, and we’ll provide the rest: — “Dream Kitchen” to cook in & entertain & bring everyone together. — Comes stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, cookie trays and more. A maid is available to clean the house during your stay for $5 an hour. Guest access The best way to reach the apartment is to enter "Green Hill Village - GHV" in G maps. The directions will bring you right to the gate. From GHV you can call a taxi to take you anywhere in the country. Average cost for a trip to Beirut by Taxi is around $15. Having a car is highly recommended. You'll have access to two indoor/covered parking spaces dedicated to the apartment. In addition, there are visitors parking spots nearby.
