Ostra, Full Moon, Rising Sun close to the Sea

Situated in the heart of the historical centre of Ostra, the exterior of the building is protected by the Superintendence of Fine Arts. The interior of the apartment is homely and rustic with a large and well-equipped open-plan kitchen, generous living spaces and a panoramic view that can keep you entertained all day. If you are an early riser you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises. Afterwards, take a short stroll for morning coffee at the Cafe in the main square. The space The fully renovated kitchen, is conducive to those wanting to cook for themselves. Much of the art around the house is made my Maria. Both of the sleeping areas have their own unique flavour. One has the view and the other is the zen room that was once the mediations, dance & movement space. I can also arrange for the local Masterchef, Michele to come in and cook creative grommet meal based in Italian tradition with a twist of other cultures.. There is a sunny sojourn area where you can watch the birds dancing in the sky on a sunny day or the clouds rolling across the sky as a storm comes in from the sea. We have a theatre room with a smart TV. It is a cosy home in winter and airy in summer, with plenty of fans available when needed. Apart from the 2 main beds and sofa bed in the sojourn, we can also accommodate a lager family with a fold out bed for children. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home which comprises of 2 bedrooms, TV lounge, day time lounge with double divan, large kitchen dining area, bathroom with toilet, laundry with toilet. Other things to note I need to mention again that there is only 1 full bathroom. It is fully functional with good water pressure. When there are many guests we try to have showers at different times. So when you are commenting on your stay please don't criticise the bathroom. On that note the town has a high amount of calcium in the water, therefore it is difficult to remove that stains with non-toxic products. We chose to use non-toxic products because we care about the earth and try to do the best we can to have a minimum impact on the environment. If you are not from Italy you will not be familiar with the waste collection system. There is a brown food compost bin under the sink that when full gets put into the brown bin in the pantry. The bins have to be put outside the main entrance the night before collection The brown bin is collected on Fridays and Mondays and in Summer also on Wednesdays. There are 4 other bins in the Pantry. The Grey bin is for general garbage and goes out for collection on Tuesday. The White bin is for paper and gets collected every second Saturday. The Yellow bin is for plastic and metal and is collected every Thursday. Lastly, the glass bin which is Green and gets collected every Monday. The instructions are on each of the bins in the pantry. We want you to enjoy yourselves but with respect to the neighbours, keep the noise down after 10 pm. We will not tolerate parties. The families living above and below will let us know immediately if they noticed an influx of people and extra noise. Please leave the washing machine door open when finished washing and clean the water from the rim of the machine.
