Isolated cottage in an old farmhouse

Detached house, isolated in a farmhouse in the countryside. It is located near the Source Salmière de Miers-Alvignac les eaux, 5 km from the Padirac chasm, 10 km from Rocamadour. You will also be close to the Dordogne Valley and the Alzou as well as many classified villages: Carennac, Autoire, Loubressac... (see guide attached to the listing). The space The house comprises: 3 bedrooms:one with a 160 cm bed and a crib; one with a 130 cm bed and one with two single beds (90cm) . Each room has a small table /desk to work remotely if necessary. 1 living room with the old fireplace (non-functional) and sofa area, TV, outdoor and board games , books and various toys graciously made available to you. 1 built-in kitchen, open to living room. ( linens provided ) 1 bathroom with large shower and equipped with towel radiator, washing machine and dryer . Separate toilet. 1 large covered terrace overlooking the courtyard and 1 small uncovered overlooking the garden; the two terraces being secured to accommodate young children. Note: Bed linen and toilet linen package can be purchased on request ( to be paid on arrival at the cottage) -- 14 euros per bed ( beds made on arrival if linen package subscribed) -- 6 euros / person for towels. -- linen for free. Electricity package: 8 kwh/day included in the price: beyond 0.19 euros per additional kwh. But HEATING with FUEL OIL INCLUDED IN the PRICE. Cleaning must be done before departure otherwise will be charged 70 euros . A deposit check of 400 euros will be required upon arrival. Guest access You will have two covered parking spaces in a former hangar, not enclosed.
