The house, the private pool 3,5x1,3m is approximately 1.25 m deep and is ideal for cooling off on hot days, the terrace, the garden, garden furniture, all are completely yours during your stay. The property is situated on a slope of valley in the end of a small quiet street, very close to the village. It is easily accessible and there is plenty of space to park your car, 3 minutes to meet local services. This property was renovated from a ruin over the course of the last year and truly offers a magical feel to anyone stepping inside it. It is a dream for people wanting to stay away from busy vacation areas and want to go back to a more simple lifestyle. Other things to note The house is built as eco-offgrid structure with limited electricity, water supply - meaning disconnected from electric supply, energy is generated from household solar and battery storage system. Water delivered from ground storage(=no issue with delivery in italian summer period). In normal operating condition of weather the delivery is not cut-off. if a special happening when the house is shut-off it needs to just wait for morning sun when the system comes operating automatically. Recommendation to guests for peak consuming load period from 8:00 till 15:00 when the maximum energy is floating. The door with code access are independent, working always.
