The space The Superblock Ciputra World is in the main road of Mayjen Sungkono, the newer part of Surabaya, just 10 minutes from the toll road entrance to Surabaya The apartment is located right above and in the back of Ciputra World mall Guest access All guests can access to the apartment facilities - 3 swimming pools, 2 lounges - lobby and club lounge, gym, tennis court, jogging track and all purpose rooms. Other things to note Notes: - Airbnb is not a hotel; thus, I do not provide daily house cleaning, food inside apt, etc. - Guest can only check in and check out on the specified time - There is a garbage room in front of lift - Electricity box is inside the utility room - There is a garbage room in front of lift for throwing away trash - 6 large towels + shampoo + shower gels are provided, but not toothbrush and toothpaste - Portable baby crib, high chair and bath stand for baby are inside the cabinet - There is a safe inside the cabinet in the master bedroom - Iron and ironing board are inside the cabinet in the master bedroom IMPORTANT NOTE: Electricity is designed to be comfortably used by 6 persons. However, electricity overload might arise when the occupants are more than 6 or they turn all the 4 AC (1 @2PK and 3@ 1PK) + 2 water heater in the bathroom+ microwave + 2 hair dryers 600watts + electric stove + water dispenser + fridge at the same time. Thus, please turn off the 1PK AC when cooking or using microwave or use all appliance not at the same time
