For a romantic getaway, a business trip or a tourist stay in our region, we will be delighted to host you in our cocoon. The space Nice 50 m² villa in a quiet area, with independent entrance from the owners' villa, with a private terrace. You will have a pleasant 35 m² living room with an open kitchen, a 12 m² bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed with closets and a separate bathroom with double sink, large walk-in shower, toilet and a laundry area with washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill/crisp/steam function, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking essentials. Possibility of 2 extra beds with the sofa bed in the living room. We can provide a decoration for lovers on your bed upon arrival on request by message (free) For babies we provide you with a baby bed with a real mattress and the sheets underneath (bring the sleeping bag), highchair, bouncer, baby bath and suitable plastic dishes. Regarding the POOL, it is shared with the owners but we do not swim at the same time as our guests. it measures 8 x 4 m and is chlorinated. its depth is 1.50 m over the entire pool. please provide buoys and armbands for children and pool towels. It's not heated. The pool is under a volumetric alarm and you will be responsible for putting it on and taking it off exclusively because you will have the instructions for its use. We decline all responsibility for the use of the pool and the supervision of children, which is your responsibility. No supervision on our part. The pool is accessible from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Mandatory swimwear for men and women to access the pool. Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own pool towels. Private parking with camera in front of the property. Convenience stores are 500 m away (Carrefour, pharmacy, gas station, bakery, bar, restaurant, health center, hairdresser) Guest access The village of Mours-Saint-Eusèbe is 5 minutes from Romans-sur-Isère.
