The house is in Manta Rota, a village with a great beach and fantastic people. The house is 130 m2 and has two floors, two full bathrooms, three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. There is television screen (no channels) and wifi. Great back yard with pergola, sofa, barbecue, dining table. Views of countryside. It takes you 15 minutes walking to the beach, 7 minutes walking to restaurants and grocery store and butcher. It is located very "quietly", but still central to everything. AL-licence. The space On the upper floor are two bedrooms and a bedroom/office, two with double beds and one with a sleeping sofa (130cm). The house works best for up to five / 5 people. There are two bathrooms, one is en-suite with shower the other one has a bathtub with shower. Downstairs toilet, in addition. All three bedrooms have air-condition, French Balcony with big sliding doors and closets for clothes. Beds are 180 cm, 160 cm and 130 cm. On the ground floor is the entrance, living room with dining area, kitchen and a guest toilet. The living room has a corner sofa and two chairs, and a dining area for five/5 people. There is air-condition in the living room. There is television screen, but no channels. You could bring your own choromecast or Apple TV. There are English pocket books and magazines. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, gas oven, electric stove, fridge with freezer, egg boiler, smoothie machine, mixer etc. There is a microwave, coffee brewer and Nespresso machine. There is a small front garden towards east and a larger back garden that faces west. Parking for one car just outside in front garden. Parking for second car, 30 meters away. You can still park in the street in front of the house. The garden facing west has a sitting area with a comfy sofa seating - and it is shaded. There is a dining area outdoors, a barbecue with coal and outdoor shower. There is a great view of wine land and countryside, from the house. From the first floor balcony you can see the ocean. The cleaning service will always clean before your arrival, with linnen, one small and one large towel and a small beach towel be ready for you. The cleaning is included in the rental price. There is vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment, so you can easily keep the house the standard you want during your stay. Also there is a washing machine in the kitchen, that you can use freely. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Some of the closets in bedrooms are locked off, with our private belongings and that also goes for one cupboard in the kitchen.
