Housekeeping not included: see House Rules The space Furnished 70 m² apartment, very spacious and bright. 3 bedrooms with dressing room. Sleeps 6 to 8. Baby crib with mattress. 1 bedroom: 1 bed measuring 140/190 2 bedrooms: with 2 beds of 90. The beds are made to welcome you. Fully equipped kitchen: induction stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, classic filter coffee maker, kettle, fondue and raclette machine, dishes, etc. You will find a broom and a dustpan between the kitchen wall and the refrigerator. Bathroom: sinks, shower, washing machine, hairdryer on a shelf. Toilet separate from the bathroom. There is a mirror on the door leading to the living room. The living room, which opens onto a balcony, has a sofa bed covered with a throw, a coffee table, a TV, armchairs, a clock, and a high table with chairs. A Tancarville clothesline and clothes pegs on the balcony. For babies, we provide a travel crib with mattress and changing table, a high chair, a bathtub and a toilet seat reducer. The enclosed garden, its terrace, its dining area with barbecue and its ping pong table are at your disposal for a moment of conviviality and relaxation. Parking is possible in front of the house. The accommodation is non-smoking. Other things to note Upon arrival, you will find on site a roll of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, a sponge, cleaning products for the premises, a few dishwasher tablets, a dish towel, and 1 bag in each trash can. These are to be removed at the end of your stay and placed at the bottom of the stairs on your left. Please return the kitchen as you found it. Dishes washed and put away. Sheets and towels are included. A basket is available in the bathroom for you to put used towels and sheets removed from the beds. Housekeeping Package: the first night, 4 people: €20 beyond 4 people: €30 then €10 per additional night. Weekly: €60 To be paid in cash as soon as you arrive. Cleaning price includes: Cleaning of appliances (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage cans...), the sink and its faucets, the closet doors, the sanitary facilities (toilet bowl and toilet block, flap), the shower (wall - shower glazing, faucets, soap holder), the sink and its mirror.
