Casa Frances has a large patio with seating and large lawned spaces with natural shade from the trees. Cingoli is 10 minutes away, the Adriatic coast 40 minutes drive, with much to explore in between. We offer our guests the possibility to rent E bikes to enjoy private guided tours an amazing way to explore the area. The space You can laze in the hammock in the private garden under the shade provided by the trees, or rest on the sun beds or sun loungers. Al fresco eating furniture and ample garden space allow for playing and relaxing contemporarily. A short walk from the basic amenities in Avenale including shop and bar, and a short drive from the provincial hilltop town of Cingoli, discover hilltop towns, vinyards and wine tasting, and cuisine of central italy. The pearl of the adriatic - Monte Conero - is a 45 minute drive, and the Grotte of Frassassi are all within reach.
