Linhay - Two bedroom barn conversion near Padstow

Linhay is one of our five barns in a courtyard, located on a working Cornish farm ran by ourselves. This barn is suitable for families or two couples. The space Linhay comprises a large open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and comfy corner sofa. Glazed sliding doors open onto the garden and let light fill this space. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. In one room the beds can be split into singles and both beds have an extra guest bed suitable for children. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. There is a utility room with toilet and a washing machine also. There is ample parking outside this barn and a patio and lawned garden space to sit outside, garden is not secure
