This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. Bed is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Feather pillows and duvets. Car parking nearby. The space The entire apartment is yours for private use but you share a communal entrance with door codes for security. I will send you those on the day of check- in. Use of the sofa bed is by request. Please note the mezzanine level with the double bed is in the Eaves. I supply Oat Milk rather than Dairy Milk. Guest access Communal entrance from the street with a private inner door with a lock and bolt. Communal garden. Other things to note This is a 1970s red brick Apartment block building and not picturesque until you are inside. The streets around it are ancient and beautiful. This is a mezzanine Apartment which means there is a staircase between the living room and bedroom area but no door. I leave Oat Milk, and not Dairy. This is to try to look after the planet. Please bring your own Dairy milk if you would like it. Please follow the house rules and separate refuse, or I will have to go through your rubbish. Please recycle properly. IMPORTANT. The bedroom is in the Eaves, and although it has a good head height around the central bed area, watch your head on the side beams! Please ask permission to use the Sofa Bed.
