Dear guest, we offer you to stay in a cozy studio located 5 minutes from the Zvezdnaya metro station. A direct metro line to the city center in 20 minutes (st. Nevsky Prospekt/Gostinny Dvor station). Within a walking distance there is the Continent shopping center, banks, supermarkets: Prisma, Lenta, McDonald's, TOKYO-CITY restaurants, BAHROMA, Pulkovsky Park. Pulkovo International Airport is 15 minutes away, 30 minutes drive to the suburbs of St. Petersburg: Pushkin, Pavlovsk, Peterhof, Strelna, Gatchina. The space The studio apartment (24.9 sq.m.) is located on the 16th floor of the Yuzhnaya Korona residential complex. The apartment is equipped with modern furniture and the most necessary things for a comfortable stay of 1-2 people. The balcony with panoramic glazing overlooks a quiet courtyard with a promising view of urban St. Petersburg. The courtyard has a playground and free parking. Important information! Check-in and check-out details: Check-in from 3pm Check-out before 12 pm. Early check-in and/or late check-out are possible by agreement for an additional fee. Please inform me in advance about the time of your check-in/check-out. In summer, in case of hot water shutdown, the boiler will be turned on. There is no air conditioner in the apartment. The number of guests allowed in the apartment is the same as the number of guests indicated in the booking. It’s absolutely prohibited to smoke in the apartment! Smoke detectors are installed. Smoking hookahs, vapes, iqos and other types of cigars and cigarettes, as well as the use of candles and open fire are not allowed. Fine 5000 rubles. Parties are strictly forbidden! A fine of 5000 rubles for each guest. Please observe quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. For violation, a fine of 5000 rubles.
