Entire apartment between lake and mountain The space The apartment is located in Colazza, 15 minutes from Arona and Lake Maggiore, from which several ferries depart to visit the Borromean Islands, the pearl of Lake Maggiore. In the opposite direction, you can reach Lake Orta in 25 minutes, with quiet beaches and the possibility of reaching the island of San Giulio by ferry. If you prefer the mountains, you can reach Mottarone by car in 45 minutes for a walk with a view of the lake. In Colazza, there is the Green Village Sporty, a sports center where in winter you can ice skate and in summer you can fish in the pond for sport fishing or practice archery. You can have barbecues or eat at the restaurant. You can rent bicycles and visit the surrounding woods and hills. Guest access The house is equipped with a double bed and three single beds, one of which is located in the double bedroom. The sofa is a queen-size sofa bed. Other things to note There are two entrances to the stairs that lead to the apartment, one from the street that leads to the church, another from the courtyard where you can park in an uncovered parking space. Depending on where you enter, the apartment is on the 3rd floor or the 4th floor without an elevator. The road to reach the parking space is narrow, so cars that are too large should stop lower down or park on the side of the church (so there are fewer stairs). The kitchen was gas, but it is disconnected for safety reasons, so there are two electric stoves in place to be able to cook something.
