Getting Around We are located within Kandy city limits and just 2.5km from the city center and 2km from the Railway station, yet, away from the hustle and bustle of town. The Temple of the Tooth is 3kms away and the famous Peradeniya Botanical Gardens 5.2km away. If you missed the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage on your way to Kandy, you could schedule a visit there one morning (42km). You could also do a day trip to Sigiriya Rock Fortress and Dambulla Temple or Nuwara Eliya. A Tuk Tuk (Three wheeled Taxi) charges approximately € 2.00 to the City Center.
