20 min to Frankfurt Fair - awesome apartment!

**PERFECT FOR FRANKFURT FAIR EXHIBITORS AND BUSINESS PEOPLE** Bright and cozy 3 bedroom apt in Frankfurt Oberrad w floor heating, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room+dining area. You will immediately feel at home! Super connection: The subway (S-BAHN) stop is at 700m walking distance from the apt. The train ride to city center takes 8 min., to main train station 12 min., to fair (MESSE) 19 min. From our terrace you can enjoy the amazing skyline view + sunset, close to the river and nature. The space The building is new and so is the apartment. There is an elevator in the house that takes you to the second floor where our apartment is. The big entrance hall of our apartment leads to 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds (master bedroom, guest room#1, guest room#2/office), 1 big living room+dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom are at your full use. We have a huge terrase where you can see the Frankfurt Skyline from and enjoy the beautiful sunset drinking a glass of wine. Also worth mentioning: We have high-speed WIFI, floor heatig, electrical window shades, TV, iron, hairdryer and everything essential you might need. Close by is the river (Main), parks and even the woods if you like going for a run! Bars/Restaurants + supermarkets ca. 7 - 15 min. walking distance. Also super public transport connection: The apartment is located 140 meters to the tram station and 700 meters to the underground station (S-Bahn). It is only a 8 minute direct-ride by S-Bahn to the city center (Hauptwache), 12 minute direct-ride to central railway station (Hauptbahnhof), 19 minute-ride to Frankfurt fair & exhibition centre (Messe) and 25 minute direct-ride to Frankfurt Airport (Flughafen). It is perfect for business people and / or fair exhibitors! Guest access You have always full access to one bathroom, the kitchen, living room + dining area and terrace to enjoy the beautiful skyline view! If you book for only 2 persons, you will have access to the master bedroom and guest room#1 (see pic). In this case guest room #2 / office will be locked. If you book for 3-5 persons, guest room#2 / office will also be accessible. Other things to note In Germany it is normal to take off the shoes in the apartment and since we have a new hard-wood floor, we appreciate if you could do so as well.
