Our apartment is situated in the heart of downtown Lisbon – Baixa, in a XVIII century building completely rebuilt just now! Full equipped one bedroom apartment, with a modern but cozy decoration. All think in detail specially for you! The space Our apartment is situated in the heart of downtown Lisbon – Baixa, in a XVIII century building completely rebuilt just now! All thought in detail to make you feel at home. The apartment is situated at the 1st floor (with elevator) and has modern and warm décor. It is a 80 sqm apartment, with 1 bedroom, a living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with modern shower cabin and a small balcony with view to Rua da Madalena. Perfect for families, group of friends and romantic couples. :) Guest access The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, laundry machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, vacuum and iron. We also have Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, Free Wireless Internet, DVD and Cable TV. We also have a hair dryer. Bed linen and bath towels are included. In the living room we have Lisbon Guides and Maps in English and the Time Out Magazine for Visitors also in English. For babies we have: baby bed, baby chair and baby tub. Other things to note -CHECK IN/OUT RULES The Check In hour has to be agreed between Guest and Host. It’s imperative that we have your arrival time so that all the check in procedures can be arranged. Check In: 15h00 We will send you the instructions to get in the apartment. Don’t worry! It’s very easy! We work with code system! Ad we will always be available by mobile. Check Out: 11H Late Check Out: it will depend if we have guests checking in. If not, we can arrange for an extra price. All our Guests will receive an e-mail, one week before the check in, with all information about the arrival. -MAINTENANCE AND SPECIAL REQUEST All problems inside the apartment (eg. electric problems, equipment malfunction, water leaks), must be reported to us by telephone immediately. Depending on the problem, the resolution might take up to 72 hours or even more if it depends on third party services. Please notice that common parts of the Building, like the elevator, do not depend on us. Please contact us in case of any problem and we will call immediately the condominium. ! IMPORTANT !
