Hello, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of the Landes between lake, ocean and village. We warmly welcome you to our home, hoping you will feel at home here! The space We offer 1 bedroom with private bathroom: - 2 people with the possibility of twin beds or a double bed (please specify when booking). Sheets and towels are provided. (Note that we offer two rooms similar to this one, as well as a family room for 4 people, if you are in a group, do not hesitate to look at the availability for the other rooms attached to our account.) Guest access You will have free access to the large kitchen (former kitchen of a restaurant) as well as to the living room (TV, Wi-Fi) and to the garden (deckchairs, garden furniture, foosball table, ping-pong table, hammock, hut that allows you to eat away from the sun or rain. Note that these are private rooms with bathrooms, spaces such as the kitchen, living room, exteriors are shared spaces, so there are other guests. The large spaces allow everyone to enjoy moments of peace and quiet or moments of sharing. Breakfast on request at 6 euros/pers (toast, coffee, tea, croissant, juice, fruit...) The neighborhood: Soustons is a very pleasant village all year round. The ocean is a 10-minute drive, 30-minute bike ride away (near Soustons Beach, Vieux-Boucau, Hossegor). Opportunity to enjoy different water activities (paddle, canoe, windsurfing...) on Lake Soustons which is at the end of the avenue where our house is located. All shops in the village: fishmonger, grocery store, supermarket, bakery... Village market on Mondays and Thursdays. Bonus: Possibility of bike & canoe loans. Transportation : Possibility to park your car in a private parking lot. Numerous bike paths that make it very easy to get around by bike, rollerblades, scooters... Very active bus network in the summer that allows you to get around the surrounding towns and villages. Daily shuttles to the Basque coast (Biarritz, St-Jean de Luz, Anglet...) Nearest railway station: St Vincent de Tyrosse (20 min). During your stay There is plenty of space, the idea is that each of the people present can enjoy the house as they see fit, provided they do not disturb the others.
