Pukemiro Retreat - Uber King

This peaceful coastal permaculture farm only 20 minutes from New Plymouth boasts spectacular views overlooking the Onaero River and Tasman Sea. Situated between two beaches, its unique geographic location makes it an ideal base for a coastal getaway stay in Northern Taranaki. Plenty of secure, off-road parking, wifi and homegrown produce. The space Uber King sized bed with night table, luggage racks, closet, full size mirror, private shower & toilet ensuite. Private balcony faces the setting sun with a view of the Tasman Sea and Mount Taranaki. Room is on first floor up stairs. First floor has a common space with occasional chair and reading lamp. Guest access Late arrivals can be accommodated by arrangement. Please call ahead if you are delayed. Guests can visit vegetable gardens, orchards and edible landscapes in the vicinity of the house. Farm tours to the wider farm can be made by arrangement. Pukemiro Farm produces fresh foods, produce and preserves. Beef cattle and sheep graze the pastures and native birds are active in the surrounding bush habitat. Ground floor has an internal courtyard with fireplace and multi-functional living space. Laundry can be provided by arrangement, except in drought conditions. Other things to note The farm includes a number of hazards such as eroding cliffs, water hazards, electric fences and livestock. A safety briefing and suitable footwear is required to access these areas.
