The Dolcemar Apartment is located in Alghero, on the ground floor of a building located in a quiet residential context but 350 meters (pedestrian path) from Lido beach, 850 meters from the marina and 1.5 km from the center and Maria Pia Beach. The one-bedroom apartment consists of a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. There are no outdoor areas. Equipped with all the comforts, it offers free wifi and air conditioning in all rooms. The space The apartment is a two-room apartment located on the mezzanine floor of a building. To access it there are no architectural barriers but a comfortable access ramp. Crossing the door of the building, on the left you follow a short flat path and you arrive at a door, open which, immediately in front is the door of the apartment. The interior of the apartment consists of a living room/kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. There are no outdoor areas. From the small house you can access the bathroom and the living room-kitchen with the table and sofa bed. From the living room-kitchen you can access the bedroom. All spaces are flat, without stairs or steps. The apartment is located 8 km from Alghero Fertilia airport. Immediately outside the condominium area, all parking in the surrounding streets is free of charge. Lately it has opened a paid parking area, located near the Dolcemar. A hundred meters away is a shopping center with supermarkets, various shops, bars and also a laundromat. Inside the apartment there is still a washing machine and dishwasher. Also a hundred meters away there is an electric car charging station, while in the immediate vicinity (within two hundred meters) there is a bank with ATM, the post office with the postamat, various restaurants and the tram and beach bus stops that leads to all the most beautiful beaches in Alghero. Three hundred meters away is the beach of the beach with the famous Alghero promenade and its bike path. A pharmacy is also three hundred meters away. The train station is four hundred meters away, while one kilometer away is the civil hospital with the emergency room. Guest access Before arrival, online check-in must be carried out, presenting the documents of all guests on the Vikey platform. To this end, after booking, you will receive an email from Vikey with the link to start the check-in procedure. After completing the online procedure, Vikey will carry out the document checks and, if everything is in order, you will receive the instructions to access. ATTENTION: To comply with Italian legislation, when you arrive at DOLCEMAR, before entering, it is mandatory to take a photo in which the face of all guests is visible (Selfie) and send it on the AIRBNB chat (if you wish, you can take a photo for each guest). Once the documents previously sent on Vikey and the people in the selfie have been verified, after a few minutes you will be provided with the four-digit code to open the lockbox containing the keys. The Dolcemar Wi-Fi network is available for sending photos. Other things to note The amount calculated by Airbnb ALREADY INCLUDES THE ACCOMMODATION TAX of €2 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 days (see the details of the amount).
