A private studio apartment for up to 2 people. Enjoy our lovingly restored villa with sea views, stunning oversized garden with pool. Your apartment is an annex to the main villa, so the garden & pool are potentially shared with owners family and other guests. You have full access to the grounds, including lounge areas and BBQ. Sea views from your private terrace, and a quick walk to Garraf beach. Also super close to the train station for easy access to Barcelona, Sitges, or Castelldefelds. The space A lovingly restored studio flat with bathroom, open living area & kitchen with double size sofa bed. Lush oversized garden, sea views and a short walk to the beach! Guest access The garden, pool, barbecue, and outdoor lounge areas are shared with the family and guests. You have a private space for you: the apartment, a bathroom with a kitchen, laundry and a wall bed. Other things to note The garden and pool area may or may not be shared with my family or another guest on the adjoining property. We are located on the sea route, so it may not be suitable for sensitive or light sleepers. Earplugs available upon request. There is a small mini-market in the village for basic items. Suitable grocery stores are available at Sitges train station (1 stop away) or a 5-minute drive from Castelldefelds for those with a car.
