Colette and Hervé will be very happy to offer you this magnificent house in the heart of the bucolic village of Lizine at the foot of Château de Chatillon with all the shops 10 minutes away. A family cottage in the heart of Doubs for nature lovers. The space Beautiful independent cottage completely renovated in a modern style while keeping the charm of the old with its exposed stone walls and period details. The bedding is new as is most of the appliances. You can admire the swallows that come to nest in the surrounding houses as well as a multitude of other birds! The Loue-Lison confluence gîte is very spacious and can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 3 bedrooms. To access the house, you enter through one of the private gardens at the front to discover on the ground floor a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed as well as bunk beds and a pull-out bed that offer you 5 beds. Then you enter the living room, very welcoming and having kept the old-fashioned charm with its exposed stone walls. For added comfort, the entire living room is equipped with underfloor heating. It consists of a kitchen area with central island, a dining room to accommodate all your guests and a beautiful friendly living room, all overlooking the private garden and the terrace at the back and on a veranda at the front. A beautiful stove will warm you up for the cooler evenings. The exterior consists of a beautiful gravel terrace with a large dining table surrounded by a beautifully wooded garden. You can have beautiful evenings around the BBQ and play ping-pong. To complete the ground floor you will find a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility and a laundry room with a sink, washing machine and foosball table. After taking the beautiful original staircase, you will discover upstairs 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms with 160 X 200 cm double beds and a bathroom with toilet. You also have the option to park directly in front of the cottage. A secure garage is available for mountain bikes and motorcycles. In the heart of agricultural and forest landscapes, many sports or cultural activities are possible around the cottage: mountain biking, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, rock climbing, fishing, skiing, swimming in the river, paragliding… You also have many opportunities for visits such as Besançon, Arbois, Dole, the Royal Saltworks of Arc-et-Senans, the thermal baths of Salins-les-Bains and its saltworks, the source of the Loue and the source of the Lison, Ornans and the Courbet Museum, the Jura vineyards and of course the confluence of the Loue and the Lison. You can discover local products as well as local events such as markets, flea markets, festivals, etc... Come and recharge your batteries and find tranquility in the Loue-Lison confluence cottage! Guest access Parking is available in front of the cottage and next to the cottage for two vehicles. Municipal parking is 100 m from the cottage. Other things to note A price reduction will be applied for longer stays. We accept pets except cats due to allergies, for an additional fee of 40 euros per stay for a dog and 5 euros per additional pet. This rate will be included in the stay price when you indicate that you are coming with your pet. Also, please indicate in the reservation that you have a pet so that the rate applies. Sheets are included in the rental price but towels are optional for €5/person (on request). You have a supply of wood available for the stove. Baby cot and high chair available upon request. Winter electricity consumption: the house is heated by a hydraulic floor heating system powered by an electric boiler. From October 15 to April 31, electricity consumption (45 kw/d in peak hours and 30 kw/d in off-peak hours in the basic rental package) exceeding the thresholds mentioned above, will be invoiced at the end of the stay (joint reading on arrival and departure of the rental at the rate of 0.25cts incl. tax in peak hours and 0.18 cts incl. tax in off-peak hours). The sole purpose of this measure is to avoid abuse, the house being rented with underfloor heating with a wood-burning stove, the wood for which is provided free of charge.
