Comfortable and relaxing room

We provide you with a 58 m2 suite including a bedroom, a private bathroom with toilet, the living room, the kitchen and our large terrace. We keep the living room to ourselves. Access to our home is independent; it is easy by train, car, tram, bus; free parking in all the streets adjacent to our building. The city center can be reached in 10 min by tram, or 1/2 hour on foot. Sleeping: 1 real 160 x 200 cm bed in a bright, quiet room. The space The apartment is a 2/3 room. Comprising 1 bedroom, 1 dining room, open to 1 living room and 1 kitchen. In addition, there is a bathroom with toilet and terrace. We are very often away. We only reserve the living room in case we pass by and sleep at the apartment. (In this case, a curtain system isolates the living room). The rest of the rooms are shared with you who rent the room. Guest access You have a comfortable master suite with a real bed (160 x 200) and direct access to the bathroom and kitchen. You can eat your meals in the room. You also have access to the large terrace, a real living space from spring to late fall. During your stay I look forward to welcoming you and providing information throughout your stay. We can share friendly moments together if you wish, if our respective schedules allow, or I will stay more at a distance if your desire for independence is more pronounced. Let me know what you prefer :-) Other things to note I'll leave you some coffee and tea capsules. If you are heavy consumers, it is up to you to bring what you need. Among the many books in the libraries, you will surely find something to enjoy for a moment of relaxation...
