For that perfect getaway: An vaulted 1 bedroom self-contained apartment on 2 floors in the medieval part of the Chateau de Cours de Thomazeau. It has a small courtyard for alfresco dining and is only a few minutes walk from the heart of the bastide town of Castillonnès. The space The accommodation consists of a spacious living area with great views, a well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, large shower room and a private courtyard. The entrance to the apartment is through an impressive wrought iron gate into the gravelled courtyard. From the small courtyard on the lower level you enter the fully equipped kitchen through a medieval door. From the kitchen there are stairs up to a well lit vaulted living area with far reaching views to the south west. The large living room/dining area is decorated with period and modern furniture to create the feeling of luxury and elegance. The vaulted bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a small double bed so is able to sleeps 2/3 people. The French antique furniture and lighting gives this room a feeling of tranquility and comfort. There is also a large well-appointed shower room. The accommodation is not suitable for the disabled and is not ideal for children, although we can supply a cot for baby.
