Sleeping Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms (master with ensuite and MicroCloud luxury mattress topper), guest bathroom and two spacious bedrooms with extensive storage. Suits families or groups of friends, with a double bunk room the kids will have a great time together, but quality mattresses mean the bunks are great for single adults to get a good night sleep as well. Location This stunning holiday home is positioned in the very heart of Byron Bay, with town only a short 3 minute walk away and Main Beach a 10 minute stroll. We love a good walk up to the lighthouse to earn yourself a brekky burger from Top Shop on the way home. Whales are a regular sight from the lookout points along the way. Suitable Booking Groups Haven can accommodate 8 people and is perfect for a family holiday. The house has a Bjorn travel cot and standard highchair at no extra cost if needed. Guest access Arrival instructions will be emailed once a booking is confirmed. PLEASE NOTE: This property is not a place to stay and party for a week - please keep this in mind before booking, as it is a residential complex and excess noise will not be tolerated. You will be charged extra for security call outs and any mess or excess rubbish left behind will incur extra cleaning fees as well. COVID CANCELLATIONS: In the event of a lockdown preventing you from visiting Byron, a refund will be organised for you, obviously with the appropriate evidence of your address etc. Other things to note School leavers - Schoolies bookings will be considered, after some discussion, references provided and parents spoken to.
