Otherwise, there will be a minimum fee per rental and is very LIMITED because we have cooking services. IMPORTANT: Pets are allowed but must be in cage or tied always. We don't allow pets roaming around freely for the safety of other guests as well as sleeping on the bed for respect of incoming guests.
