A modern private room in Laugardalur district in east-center of Reykjavik. Neighborhood has lots of services around like 24/7 store in 100 m distance, restaurants, a very nice bakery and more. Lot of beautiful walking options nearby. 50 meters to Laugardalur park with zoo, botanical garden, swimming pool e.t.c. and 1 minutes walk to bus. Bus takes you to the city center in 9 minutes (walking distance from our home to beginning of Laugavegur, main shopping street is 3 km). The space The bedroom has 2 single beds with nightlamps, a dresser, a clothing rack and a window with darkening curtains Guest access he bathroom and the Kitchen are shared, you can cook everything you want in the kitchen. We have all kitchen essentials you need there. We recycle the trash and after you've finished cooking you have to clean after yourself, respect and courtesy to other guests. We offer coffee and tea for free and sometimes we have cookies also. We offer a small emergency kit like dental kit, shaving kit etc. for a small price :D During your stay I am easily accessible and will assist you in making your trip a one to remember.
