The space This beautifully located villa in the south of Tenerife offers a lot of luxury and has one of its price range. If you are looking for something special you are right here. The living area of about 180 square meters is spread over on the ground floor and an upper floor (plus upper and lower terraces). Upstairs you have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite available. All bedrooms have air conditioning (for a fee).The second bathroom on the upper floor has a wellness sauna of the brand Fonteyn. In the hallway area of the upper floor there is also a desk and a cozy armchair for working if necessary. The entire house has glass fiber Internet. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and a guest toilet right next to it. In the large open living room on the ground floor is the kitchen, dining area and the living room. At the pool (dimensions are 6 x 9 m, depth 1.60 m) are 6 sun loungers, parasol and a sun swing ready, here you can relax and sunbathe. In addition, a cozy Balinese bed at the pool offers a magnificent rest zone around, relax and read a book. The pool is only 5 steps. In winter, the solar cover keeps heat in the pool and also serves to heat up. On request, the pool can be additionally heated for a surcharge (29 degrees) A table tennis plate in the lower floor under the covered terrace serves the sporty change. Table tennis balls and racquets are also available. One of the bedrooms (shower, toilet, washbasin) on the upper floor has a walk-in wardrobe, a satellite TV and a bathroom en suite. The second large bedroom is the bathroom next door. There is a washing machine available in this bathroom. In addition, you can also reach the upper terrace over a door in the bathroom. Both upper bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) a table and 2 comfortable seating. All bedrooms have floor-depth windows, one of them as a door with access to the upper terrace.
