Newly renovated apartment, 1 bedroom , 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/ livingroom. On the ground floor of a small house. Suitable for 1 to 4 guests. There is a water deposit and electrical pump to ensure 24 hours of running water. The house is a 10 minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes away from supermarkets /shops, close to the main street. There's a spacious yard that doubles as a parking space. surrounded by plants such as roses , petunias, carnations, lemon, orange, apricot and palm trees. The space Located in the same building as it's sister apartments (" the apricot family suite" and "Anisa's 2-bedroom suite"), it occupies 1/3 of the building. it is on the ground (and only) floor which means... no noisy upstairs guests to interrupt your mid summer's day nap. it has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a closet, two nightstands,a TV, a vanity and the most important part... an air-conditioner. the kitchen/dining area contains a stove-top, aspirator, refrigerator and many cupboards and drawers filled with kitchen gadgets and serving necessities + a table for four. you will also find two big and comfortable sofa-beds for your children or friends. The window is protected with a net to keep out the mosquitoes for a comfortable sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a water-boiler, WC, sink, shower and added washbowl, bucket, mop, dustpan and a broom. In the balcony there is a cloth drying rack. Guest access You will have access to this whole apartment. In order to get to the door you have to climb 4steps of stairs . Besides that you may also use the washing machine ( used by all the guests in the building) that has been placed outside for easier access. You will be able to park your car just by the side of the stairs and inside the surrounded front yard. Other things to note We would appreciate if you would not smoke inside the rooms with your windows and doors closed, because we would like to avoid the tobacco smell.
