Long term stay focused & perfect for the medical professional or small family looking for affordable temporary housing here in Erie. Our building is conveniently located adjacent to St Vincent and features a beautifully renovated 2nd floor private apartment. Free broadband, laundry, and off street parking provided. Blackout curtains available upon request! *No toiletries, linens, or pillows provided. The space Our building is a very nice turn of the century converted brick single family. This space is on the 2nd floor and was renovated in 2021. You will have private access to the whole apartment, with another long term guest on the 1st floor private apartment. Once in the apartment, you will find a perfectly installed set of front end washer and dryer directly ahead in the converted coat closet. To the left is the kitchen with all the amenities needed with a compact table and chair set for 2. A folding chair is also available to accommodate a 3rd guest. The bathroom features a new full shower stall and chair height ADA toilet. Bedroom 2 features a clean and sealed FULL size bed, nightable, dresser, and furnishings. Living Room features a 2 person reclining love seat, single recliner, and a new 50" Insignia Fire TV The Master bedroom features a clean and sealed Queen size sleigh bed with full dresser with mirror, small walk in closet, and built in cabinetry. 24hr lighting is featured at all entrances, common areas, and stairwells for safety and convenience. Guest access The best procedure is to simply pull up to the front of the house and park on the street. Check in and unload. From there, find the alley access off the Cochran street side (west) which leads you to off street parking at the rear of the building. At night, this area and walkways are illuminated for safety! Other things to note Please note that we do not offer linens, toiletries, or pillows. You will arrive to clean and sealed beds. There is a tendency for noise so we have added box fans in each bedroom and window A/C units to help drown out the noise. Black out curtains are also available upon request! There is also very limited storage at this unit. There is a small cubby behind the fridge and each bedroom has its own closet space. Please keep this in mind when planning personal belongings. There is no dedicated work space. * During winter months, rear parking may be restricted by snow. Unfortunately we are not responsible nor do we have the right to plow the alley. We do have the rear parking lot on our snow plow drivers list, but only if he can get to it. Parking my have to be restricted to street parking during winter months.
