Relax with family and friends at this peaceful lake getaway. This charming cottage is nestled in the woods, offering guests a private retreat to recharge and reconnect. Enjoy lake access from your dock, bring the boat and tie off at your own slip, or cool off with the kids in the pool! The cottage is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a beautiful stone fireplace and a cozy screened-in porch. It offers amenities for 4, a dock with boat slip for up to a 24' boat, and neighborhood pool access. The cottage has a small kitchen with all amenities, a cozy den surrounding a large stone fireplace, and a screened-in porch overlooking the woods and the outdoor fire pit. There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and an adjoining full bath with a bathtub/shower and two sink vanities. The upstairs loft bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full adjoining bath with a shower, toilet, and sink. There is a Tesla home charger and a neighborhood grill down by the lake behind the gazebo. There are 2 spaces to park in the front of the house, space for a couple of cars along the driveway, and enough space for a truck pulling a boat in the driveway just past the house. Cascades Neighborhood, just down the street from StillWaters, Niffer's at the Lake, and New Water Farm. Shared pool, lake access, and lake pavilion. Docks are split between 2 owners, with their own side and boat slip. You can walk, drive, or bike around the neighborhood. There is parking at the cottage and at the pool. Boats may not be parked at the pool. It is a short walk to get to the pool and lake. Leaving the driveway, turn left onto Falling Water Dr. and walk down the hill. The pool is .08 mi down on the right. You can also drive to the pool and park there. The pool is 3-5 feet deep with plenty of room and shade. It has several tables, chairs, and lounges, and there are bathrooms at the pool. To get to the lake, exit the pool and follow the stairs down to the lake (there is a sign). Turn right at the lake. The cottage's dock is second from the end on the right. The boat slip is the one on the right side of the dock. There is a shared pavilion down at the lake as well but must be reserved for parties. There are some grilling utensils at the house in the drawer under the oven. You can drive down to the lake by turning right out of the driveway and taking an immediate left onto Falling Waters Circle. The first drive on the left goes to the lake, but there isn’t really parking. There is a small space that will fit a compact car or golf cart or you can just pull over to the side as much as possible. This is probably best for someone who struggles with stairs. There is an inflatable stand-up paddle board in a black bag in the downstairs closet. There are four lake/pool towels, extra sheets, towels, and pillows there too. There is also a twin inflatable mattress. The extra twin sheet sets are upstairs in the loft bedroom in the drawers under the tv or in the downstairs closet. There are floats and life vests on the screened-in porch seasonally. Board games are in the cabinet in the den on the stair wall. Hammocks and tree straps are in a bag hanging on a hook next to the front door. Have fun!!
